The End of Sweeps

Alas, we’ve reached the end of the magical time known as November sweeps. Here’s what’s scheduled for the last four days…

Monday, Wayne Brady guest stars as Barney’s brother on “How I Met Your Mother” (8 p.m., CBS). “The Bachelor: Rome” wraps up its season with a two-hour finale (9 p.m., ABC) and TBS debuts a new original comedy “10 Items or Less,” (11 p.m.) which has been described as “The Office” in a grocery store…

Tuesday, ABC premieres the latest “24” clone, only this time, it’s a comedy. “Big Day” chronicles a bride’s preparations for her wedding (9 p.m.). TBS premieres its second original comedy, “My Boys,” which tells the story of a female sportswriter and her male friends (10 p.m.). “Boston Legal” wraps up its two-parter (10 p.m., ABC) and Mariska Hargitay returns to “Law & Order: SVU” and brings Bob Saget and Catherine Bell (“JAG”) with her (10 p.m., NBC)...

Wednesday, Al Roker and Ann Curry host “Christmas in Rockefeller Center” (8 p.m., NBC) with Christina Aguilera, Enya, Taylor Hicks, John Legend, Bette Midler, Martina McBride, Sarah McLachlan, Lionel Richie and Sting. “Jericho” wraps up the first part of its season before taking a 10-week break (8 p.m., CBS).

Thursday, “The Office” gets some help from its British creators with a story co-written by Ricky Gervais (8:30 p.m., NBC). “Scrubs” finally returns with its sixth season premiere (9 p.m., NBC) and “Men In Trees” moves to its new day and time (10 p.m., ABC)…
